release of their 1GB & 2GB ECC Registered DDR2 240pin
ultra low profile 0.72
inch DIMMs. These JEDEC standard Ultra Low Profile
DIMMs are now available in production
quantities.
Gigaram’s
DDR2 Ultra Low Profile DIMMs use the highest quality DRAM, PLL’s & registers
available from leading vendors. In-house system testing includes
Intel’s DDR2 Grantsdale & Lindenhurst
platforms using an extensive array of advanced proprietary test
programs.
Gigaram’s 1GB & 2GB modules will support Intel’s
new E7520 chipset using the new PCI Express technology & will
enhance the new generation of low profile 1U Rackmount servers
that are coming onto the market.
